Tenant Fees & Charges

Following the introduction of the Tenant Fee Ban on 1 June 2019, most fees previously paid by tenants have now been waived. However, some charges remain and are outlined below.

Deposit

On success of tenancy we require one months rent as deposit which will be held in a government scheme until the end of your tenancy. We require this the day you move in.

Arrears

Any missed rent payments will still need to be paid for by the tenant.

Loss of keys

A reasonable charge will be payable to cover the cost of the key cutting/lock change, plus administration.

Changes to the Tenancy Agreement

Tenants can be liable for any reasonable charges up to £50.

Damage to rental property

Reasonable costs for any damage can still be claimed through the deposit at the end of a tenancy.
